Some creative work may involve the use of artificial intelligence tools as part of the production process.

While we take care to deliver high-quality outputs, AI-generated visuals may occasionally contain unexpected or imperfect elements.

Clients acknowledge that AI-assisted creative production may involve experimentation and stylistic variation.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• provide necessary materials or information for the project

• review and approve work in a timely manner

• ensure that any assets provided (such as logos or images) are owned or properly licensed

We are not responsible for legal issues arising from materials supplied by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ooya Media will not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses

• business interruption

• loss of profits or opportunities

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

10. Project Delays

Project timelines may be affected by:

• delayed client feedback

• incomplete project materials

• changes to project scope

We will make reasonable efforts to keep projects on schedule.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement if:

• the other party breaches the agreed terms

• communication breaks down significantly

• payment obligations are not met

Any work completed up to the point of termination may still be invoiced.

Our services may involve third-party creative or production tools.

We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or performance issues related to third-party platforms.
